• Formal Shoes & Dress Shoes that show signs of wear or have been worn outdoors
• Belts that have been sized or altered
• Personalized or monogrammed items from our 175th Limited Edition collection
• Items from our Game Day Collection that have been worn
• Any product without original tags and packaging

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund timing varies by payment method:
