Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Formal Shoes & Dress Shoes that show signs of wear or have been worn outdoors
- Belts that have been sized or altered
- Personalized or monogrammed items from our 175th Limited Edition collection
- Items purchased as part of our Game Day Collection that have been worn
- Any product that does not include original tags and packaging
